We visited Felixstowe over the August Bank Holiday weekend 2001.  This picturesque seaside town holds many memories for Carol as she spent around four years living there during the early to mid nineties.

The resort situated to the east of Ipswich on the northern side of the River Orwell estuary seems to be a lovely tidy little town with lots to do whether it be arcades, amusements, shops or just the beach that you are looking for, we would recommend a visit here anytime and intend going back ourselves in the near future.
